Our Values

  • Partnership:  We are partners with Illumination Project℠ communities.  Sometimes we will lead and they will follow. Sometimes the reverse.  Our relationships will be determined by how work can best be done
  • Community Ownership:  Each community’s Illumination Project℠ is its own. Our work is to guide, support and facilitate their success using a common set of proven practices
  • Continuous Learning:  We believe the key to Illumination Project℠ successes can be found in the application of predictable processes that yield predictable — and positive — results. At the same time we are continually learning and improving our efforts, ensuring we customize every project to each community’s unique circumstances /column]
