The Charleston Post and Courier newspaper’s documentary, Emanuel, One Year Later, describes the Charleston Story through the Listening Sessions portion of its Illumination Project.  It is a powerful story of hope and redemption in the face of terrible tragedy.

The Final Report from The Charleston Illumination Project captures the entire planning and early implementation efforts of the initiative.  It includes detailed descriptions of the methodology used, output produced, and research conducted.

The 6-month progress report from Charleston reviews results achieved against the Strategic Plan.  Goal by goal, it walks through all of the actions taken and the impact they have had in the community.  While The Charleston Illumination Project has been a very supportive process, it’s important to note that it also includes tracking measures of success to ensure accountability, too.
